Загальна інформація

Авелокс® — це інфузійний розчин, що містить активний компонент моксифлоксацин у формі гидрохлорида. Це антибактеріальний препарат групи фторхінолонів, який застосовується для лікування різних бактеріальних інфекцій. Препарат має бактерицидну дію, пригнічуючи ріст та розмноження патогенних мікроорганізмів, що сприяє швидкому одужанню пацієнтів.

Склад препарату

Кожен мл розчину містить:

  • Моксифлоксацин (у формі гидрохлорида): 1.6 мг
  • Вспомагальні речовини: натрій хлорид — 2 г; натрій гідроксид розчин 2N — до 50 мг; хлористоводнева кислота 1N — до 20 мг; вода для ін’єкцій — близько 248.66 г

Загальний об’єм розчину — 250 мл.

Фармакотерапевтична група

Противомікробний засіб — фторхінолон.

Фармакологічна дія

Моксифлоксацин є широкоспектральним антимікробним засобом, що проявляє бактерицидну активність. Він інгібує топоізомерази II та IV — ферменти, які беруть участь у процесах реплікації, транскрипції та ремонту ДНК бактерій. Це забезпечує швидкий та ефективний знищувальний ефект у відношенні широкого спектра мікроорганізмів, зокрема:

  • Грамположних бактерій: Staphylococcus aureus (включаючи штами, нечутливі до метициліну), Streptococcus pneumoniae (устойчеві до пенициліну та макролідів), Streptococcus pyogenes
  • Грамотрицних бактерій: Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter spp.
  • Анаеробних мікроорганізмів: Bacteroides fragilis, Fusobacterium spp.
  • Атипичних бактерій: Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila

Препарат активний у відношенні штамів, резистентних до бета-лактамів та макролідів, що робить його ефективним при лікуванні складних та резистентних інфекцій.

Авелокс® рекомендований для лікування бактеріальних інфекцій, викликаних чутливими мікроорганізмами, у таких випадках:

  • Обострення хронічного бронхіту
